Our Story
At Findlay Foods, flavour runs deep. Since being Founded in 2007, we’ve proudly delivered high-quality seasonings to Kiwi kitchens and supermarket shelves across Aotearoa. From our home base in Auckland, we specialise in crafting salt and pepper grinders that are as functional as they are flavourful.
We’re a family-owned business with a passion for doing the basics brilliantly. Our products are found under our own Findlay Foods label as well as trusted New Zealand house brands, and we’ve earned a reputation for quality, consistency, and clever packaging solutions that work for both consumers and retailers.
Our Products
Whether it’s classic black pepper, mineral-rich Himalayan pink salt, or vibrant seasoning blends, we select and pack our ingredients with care – always with the end user in mind. You’ll find our grinders and refills in homes, cafés, and commercial kitchens throughout the country.

Our History
Stephen Findlay, the founder of Findlay Foods, has over 30 years’ experience within the food and beverage industry in New Zealand and Australia. Stephen worked in senior management with New Zealand’s leading importer, supplier and manufacturer of spice, herbs, seasonings and flavours. Like many of us, Stephen has a passion for flavour. In this case, he chose to use that passion to bring the flavour to all of us.
